Biography:


For nearly 25 years Thomas C. Cardaro had been litigating medical malpractice claims. He annually recovers millions of dollars for injured clients and their families and has obtained verdicts and settlements in excess of $25,000,000.00 in his career. Mr. Cardaro is the President of the Maryland State Bar Association, Past President of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, Past President of the Baltimore Bar Foundation, a Governor of District of Columbia Trial Lawyer Association, a former Governor of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and a Governor of the Maryland State Bar Association. He holds the highest rating, (AV)©, provided by the legal rating agency, Martindale-Hubbell, and is a frequent lecturer on medical malpractice topics. He is a former hospital defense attorney whose practice is now limited to representing victims of medical malpractice and other serious personal injury.
